Between March 2017 and March 2018, a multidisciplinary team of health care professionals at the Michigan Medicine Metabolism, Endocrinology, and Diabetes clinic sought to improve the accuracy of blood pressure (BP) measurements among patients with diabetes and hypertension through two initiatives.
